Reason for Serving: To maintain property values in the neighborhood by upholding HOA Bylaws.
Relevant Experience: My background as an accountant would be helpful with the association’s finances.
Vision for the Community: I would like to focus on addressing the ongoing flooding and fence issues.
1270 Dunlop Drive
Reason for Serving: To ensure consistency, stability, and progress on ongoing projects. My goal is to maintain a strong, responsive Board that prioritizes transparency, financial responsibility, and the best interests of all homeowners.
Relevant Experience: I have served as the current President of the Board of Directors, leading efforts to strengthen communication, improve HOA operations, and oversee key community projects. Professionally, I have extensive experience in leadership, technology, and process management, which I apply to ensure efficient board operations and sound decision-making.
Vision for the Community: Continue enhancing communication creating a collaborative environment where homeowners feel informed, heard, and engaged in shaping the community’s future.
Floor nominations will be necessary at the Annual Meeting; however, to ensure fairness and eligibility verification, any individual wishing to be nominated from the floor must first complete and submit a Candidate Nomination Form prior to the start of voting to allow for proper eligibility vetting.
The Board is moving forward with plans for the Perimeter Fence Replacement and a proposed Special Assessment to fund the project. The existing fence spans 5,440 linear feet and has exceeded its useful life. This project is crucial for maintaining community security and protecting property values.
A Special Meeting for the purpose of voting on the Special Assessment will be scheduled for January (date to be announced).
